Informação sobre Gripe Suína<br>
<br>
A Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS), os centros de controlo de doenças dos<br>
EUA (CDC) e a Direcção Geral de Saúde (DGS) alertaram para a recente<br>
identificação de uma nova estirpe de vírus da gripe do tipo A H1N1, a qual<br>
surgiu inicialmente em surtos no México, tendo origem suína. </span>No
seguimento<br>
das orientações da OMS, todos os países, incluindo Portugal, estão a<br>
intensificar as medidas de vigilância. Não há, até ao momento, conhecimento<br>
de qualquer caso no nosso país. Até ao presente, não existem restrições<br>
oficiais relativamente a deslocações às áreas afectadas. No entanto, os<br>
viajantes com destino a estas zonas devem estar devidamente informados sobre<br>
os riscos.<br>

A UCS encontra-se a acompanhar de próximo a situação, em articulação com as<br>
autoridades de saúde. Para se manter a par da evolução da doença,<br>

Entretanto, a UCS elaborou um conjunto de Perguntas & Respostas, que se<br>
envia em anexo, para procurar ir ao encontro das dúvidas mais prementes que<br>

Além disso, pela sua importância, reenviamos também, em anexo, as<br>
recomendações preventivas sobre lavagem das mãos e protecção contra o<br>
contágio através da tosse.<br>
